Towards a Private Wealth System that is Built for the Preservation and Improvement of All Life
The Coalition for Impact (C4i) is a global network of networks. Our members initially came together to channel more capital toward impact. Over time, however, we recognized that a deeper, systemic barrier was at play: the financial system itself. As a network of networks, our purpose has evolved to focus financial systems change, with particular attention to the private wealth system, a lens grounded in the perspectives and experiences our members bring.
The networks come together in the spirit of co-creation, cooperation, and coordination to become a living ecosystem of change. By minimizing duplication, amplifying each other’s efforts, learning collectively they unlock possibilities that no one member could achieve in isolation.
Our role is not to claim solutions, but to help create the conditions for transformation. Through weaving connections, mobilizing ideas and resources, and encouraging collective action, C4i supports an evolution towards a private wealth system that preserves and improves all life.

Storytelling Working Group
In a virtual room buzzing with ideas and energy, C4i members recently gathered to form C4i’s first cross-member Working Group. It was more than a meeting, it was the beginning of a living experiment in collaboration, where impact-minded investors explore how stories can spark systems change. At its heart is the belief that stories are more than communication, they are powerful tools to inspire action, mobilize capital, and shift narratives.
Through fostering community, sharing funding opportunities, hosting impactful events, developing practical techniques, leveraging narrative to shift perspectives, and creating actionable pathways, the Storytelling Working Group is cultivating a living, adaptive space where collective learning and co-creation generate tangible impact across the C4i ecosystem and beyond.

The Governance
Individual Network Members
C4i members are networks that each contribute connections, knowledge, and collective energy to the coalition. They form a dynamic network of networks, where trust and relationship-building underpin the use of resources, exchange of insights and alignment of efforts to generate the conditions for the whole system to evolve and thrive.
Meet the Steering Group
The Steering Group provides collective guidance on the strategic direction and long-term evolution of C4i. It helps to orient the emergence of new activities, guides the flow of resources, and accompanies the ongoing learning and adaptation of the whole.
Meet the Points of Contact
Each network member has a designated Point of Contact to engage with C4i, serving as a bridge between their organization and the broader ecosystem. Points of Contact convene regularly to weave connections, share insights, and foster cross-network coordination, collaboration, and co-creation.
Coordinator
C4i Coordinator Jess Hackett acts as a central hub in the C4i ecosystem, weaving connections across member networks. She cultivates collaboration and co-creation, bridges people and ideas, and stewards the living evolution of C4i’s shared strategy, collective learning and partnerships.
